Can E82 tires be used on an E85?

When my BMW 135i (E82) was wrecked, it had studless tires.

So, I have summer tires left at home. I was thinking about disposing of them, but I thought they could probably be used on the next Z4. Especially since I just replaced the front tires last year.

By the way, the previous one was a wheel from an E46 318i M Sport that I got from Yokohama (for 10,000 yen).

First, check the size. It’s helpful that it’s all consolidated on the site recently.

As for the hole positions, they are all the same. But the sizes are slightly different…

They’re almost the same.

There’s about a 2mm difference… but if anything, the original studless is more different, so it’s probably fine. So, I’m going to use the 135i’s summer tires on the Z4.
