One thing that suddenly caught my eye was a folder called C:UsersNameAppDataDellSARemidiation. It’s taking up 40GB. What is this?

First, search for SupportAssist in Windows search.

Here, if you press the gear to the right of the profile in the upper right
A settings screen like this will be displayed, and if you uncheck the “System Repair is on” checkbox for System Repair at the bottom, SARemediation data will be deleted. Also, it will no longer accumulate.
It’s still a mystery why 40GB accumulates even though 15GB is selected…
